Public Safety Related Programs

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) contains money for a variety of Homeland Security, Department of Justice and Department of Defense public safety efforts. In West Virginia, this includes money for Military Infrastructure, Emergency Food and Shelter and Grants for local law enforcement equipment and personnel. Also funded are programs related to Victims of Crime, Violence Against Women and Internet Crimes Against Children.
